THE 14AK Auto Knife Type CNC Contour Foam Cutting Machine
IS DESIGNED TO CUT SINGLE SHAPE FIGURES USING CAD SOFTWARE TO COMPOSE THE WANTED SHAPE. THE COMPOSED FIGURE CAN BE DUPLICATE ON THE MONITOR SCREEN BY NESTING TO REDUCE THE CUTTING WASTE. THE OPERATOR CAN TEST RUN THE CUTTING ROUTINE ON THE MONITOR, TO MAKE SURE THE PLOTTING IS IDENTICAL TO THE ORIGINAL DESIGN. THE CUTTING KNIFE IS TENSIONED BY PNEUMATIC AND STARTED BY ELECTRONIC PEED CONTROL. THE HOLDING EQUIPMENT OF THE CUTTING TABLE PROVIDE FOAM TO BE MOVE AWAY WHILE IT IS IN CUTTING ACTION.
