Our automatic brick manufacturing plant efficiently use fly ash, slag, powder, desulfurization ash, slag,
coal gangue, phosphorus gypsum, tail sand, such as production of new wall materials, such as
autoclaved fly ash brick, autoclaved lime-sand brick and aerated concrete products, etc. Also applied
in the production of high content fly ash sintered brick, coal gangue sintered brick, brick of stone, brick
construction waste, living garbage burned brick, clay brick and all kinds of waste slag block, desulfurized
gypsum comprehensive utilization, etc., is a large modernization, automation, and the waste brick
production line of choice. Using fly ash/stern/desulfurization ash/slag/ore slag/stone waste carbide slag/
phosphorus gypsum brick, recycling rate above 90%, and each line given solid wastes nearly 100000 tons,
products of good quality (20 mpa) or higher strength, low cost. By changing brick making machine's mold,

Automatic brick manufacturing plant production line includes box feeder→ Roller crusher/ Jaw crusher→
Double shaft mixer→ Finess crusher→ Extrudering mixer →Automatic brick manufacturing plant → Brick
slitter→ Brick cutter
1) Taking clay with box feeder, then belt conveyor carries clay to roller crusher till crush clay less than 5 mm.

2) After being crush clay less than 5mm, belt conveyor carries clay powder to double shaft mixer to mix clay.
and then use fineness roller crusher to crush clay under 3 mm.(automatic brick manufacturing plant)
3) After fineness roller crusher, clay powder will less than 3mm. Then belt conveyor carries clay to extrusion
mixer to mix again, which to enhance the plasticity to make good brick. Then clay powder being shaped by

4) After extruding wet column brick,cutting column brick under 1.0-1.5 mm use the automatic brick cutter to cut

Part eight: Installation of automatic brick manufacturing plant
1) Automatic brick manufacturing plant should be installed in a horizontal concrete, fixed by foundation bolt.
2) Automatic brick manufacturing plant's main body should be located vertically with ground.
3) After automatic brick manufacturing plant and its assistant equipments being installed, we should check
each part, each bolt, host storehouse door to see whether ther are tight or not.
4) Confirming the power and control switch according to automatic brick manufacturing plant and its assistant
machine's power.
5) Check finished, we should have a empty load test first. If the test is ok, we can make normal production.
