This machine used to inspect and cut the roll of non-woven , PVC forming artificial leather into the strips then rewind it.
Features:
1.Independence unwind, automatic loading.
2.Inspect board and light cover.
3.Automatic tension controller for unwind,semi-taper tension controller for rewind.
4.Unwind with photoelectric web guiding system ,DC motor drive(EPC).
5.Rewinding with two shafts up and down, center drive.
6.Shear round cutter and extrusion air cutter (select).
7.Steel plate frame,surface spray with plastic.
8.Assist unload device.
