This machine is suitably applied to the scattering bonding of woven and non-woven fabrics with use of thermoplastic adhesives(PE,EVA,EVAL,PES)to produce various fusible interlinings.
Features:
1.This machine consists of fabric feeding tensioner, electrically driving selvedge guider,scattering head, heating chamber, cooling and rewinding devices and operational panel.
2. Machine driving is stably done by motor controlled with converter.
3. Machine temperature control is based on imported intelligent temperature control instrument, keeping constant temperature in the heating chamber with temperature difference within less than±2°C,guaranteed a constant finished fabric width.
4. A stir device is mounted on the scattering head and by means of brushing and vibrating, scattering is done evenly on fabric surface for bonding.
5. Use of advanced synchronized system, guaranteed a balance of machine.
