2.Performance Description

2.1. Air conveying chain system

2.1.1 structure features:

Stainless steel 304 air conveying chain

Internal deflecting plate, so that air can effective distribute in the conveyor, in order to obtain the best possible laminar

Air conveying system :no need much maintenance and repair, automatic transfer

Speed fast but conveying steady, no damage.

2.2. BY24/24/8 Bottle Rinsing,filling capping 3-in-1 machine

2.2.1 Water filling machine Description:

This CGF24/24/8 filling machine combines rinsing, filling and capping 3-in-1 design, it is full automatic, it is a advanced filling machine specialized design for non-carbonated beverage filling like mineral water, pure water, etc.

2.2.2 Main performance features:

1) Bottle conveying system

Bottle conveying system adopt 304 stainless steel star wheel, except bottle output star wheel, all the star wheels adopt bottle lock feeding structure, which makes it more easy to operation when changing the bottle design.

By air conveyor, bottle can be send directly to bottle feeding star wheel to ensure the reliable performance of the machine. Bottle output adopt non-locking structure, which can avoid to adjust the height of conveyor chain because of different height of different bottle design.

2.2.3 Rotary Rinser

There are 16 bottle rinsing heads. The bottle rinsing cramps are of stainless steel clipping structure, which is out of touch of the screw thread of bottle mouth, with stable bottle clipping and high-efficient bottle rinsing.

2.2.4 Rotary Filler

There are 16 filling valves which is bigger than normal filling machine. The parts with contact to product are made of 304 stainless steel. The outer and inner surfaces of filling cylinder have been treated by mirror finish,and filling cylinder is aseptic treatment.

2.2.5 Rotary Capper

There are 6 capping head which is bigger then normal filling machines, which applies Germany technology with magnetic capping. It can protect the system in overloading, with stable & reliable capping torque. There are no cap biting, higher capping, inclined capping and hemming.

The capping axle is of antifriction bearing structure so that the axle is pointed at the center with high capping qualification rate up to 99.7%.

2.2.6 Cap Feeder

It is of horizontal pneumatic cap feeder. The cap storage device and the cap sliiding slot are made of 304 stainless steel. There is electronic inspection system for the cap storage device and the cap sliding slot to control the speed of cap sending device and the whole system automatically. It will not deliver cap and stop automatically if there is no bottle.

2.2.7 Driving System

It is with frequency control of motor speed. All of the running mechanism are driven by gears, with stable running. The gears of each star wheels are oil nylon gears.

2.2.8 Electric Control System

It is with sealed electric control cabinet which is made of 304 stainless steel for 5L filling machine

Frequency conversion stepless speed adjustment. The whole system is controlled by PLC industrial computer, with touch screen. When there is bottle, it will add cap. it will not add cap when no bottles
