This new type sawdust making machine consists frame, shell, lining plate, spindle, blade, cutterhead, hammer, screen, draught fan, pulley, etc. It has features of small floor area, firm structure, low energy consumption, high efficiency, good shape finished product and suitable for flow work. Especially in the industry of process edible mushroom, it is the most perfect choice.
Working Principles of 2014 wood crusher with CE and Sawdust Making Machine and Wood Sawdust Machine with CE and ISO Certifications :
The wood sawdust machine has 6 blades, but the old type only has 4 blades. Different on the structure, so the operating principle is also different. This new type takes charging through entrance, first the blades cut the raw materials into small pieces, then do the next crushing with hammer. The pulverized materials will be screened through screen. Because it is negative direction discharging, then a draught fan is installed on the spindle. This makes the wind at the exit and takes the crushing materials out. Then the whole crushing process of wood sawdust machine is complete.

1.Because of long time wok, the bearings in the spindle need add butter. Works much longer, need add more butter. Or the bearings will be heated and then damaged which will influence the normal operation.
2.After long time work, the blades of sawdust making machine will get blunt. This time need disboard them and sharpen them with sharpener or stone by hand until them get sharped. If the blades are not sharp, this will influence capacity and also damage machine easily.
3.The V-belt needs to adjust degree of tightness after using a time. Press the middle of the belt with finger to fall 6-10mm.
4.Everyday when finished work, should clean the machine and check whether the machine is lose to increase service life.The lumber mill is kind of advances crusing griding equipment. On the basisi of crusher, being designed through the theory of cutting ,shocking, beating ,striking each other and griding. The wood sawdust machine can crushed the logs into sawdust-like which can be used as biomass fuels and papermaking.
