Forinsulating glass production, such as standard glass, overlength glass, coated glass, LOW-E glass, big&small glass, unique glass, triple glass and so on.
Adopt advanced german technology and parts of world famous brands.
Three sections: transfer section, washing&drying section, and press section.
Adopt servo motor and ball screw to press glass. It’s stable, high precision, easy to operate and maintain.
Monitor work process timely with big colored touch screen.
Three pairs of brushes for washing glass, the first pair is hard brushes, the other two pairs are soft brushes.
Automatically identify coating surface of glass to stop the first pair of hard brushes, avoiding loss of the coating film.
Three water tanks are separated for each pair of brushes, avoiding cross contamination effectively.
Adopt high pressure fan and special air knife to improve dry effect.
Available for transferring different sizes of glass with multistage frequency conversion control and speed optimization.
Adopt germany industrial plastic bearing in washing section, avoiding rust.
Match with film removing machine and two component coating machine perfectly.
