Main Features
1.Germanic technology is adopted in the whole line and main components are imported from world famous brand since it will be stable, convenient to maintain, and easy to handle.
2.Insulating glass like standard glass, overlength glass, coated glass, low-E glass, big and small glass, stepglass, special shape glass, triple glass, etc can be produced.
3.The carbon steel plate with high strength and accuracy is adopted as the whole back plate, since it’s laser cut and CNC bent with high strength and easy to install.
4.The convey part is equipped with safe guard for easier maintenance and safety.
5.Germany industrial plastic(avoid getting rusty) bearings are used so there is no need to maintain daily.
6.This machine adopts high pressure fan, equipped with special air knife with bigger angle others which can improve the drying effect. Multistage frequency conversion control is exclusively used, and multi-speed revolution optimization function can realize all kinds of size of glass movement.
7.Big color touching screen can lively monitor working stage of each section, equipped with self-diagnosis function, easy to maintain, also with remote diagnosis function.
8.This line has passed CE.
9.This machine has self-diagnose system, easily check the error.
10.It can identify the Low-E glass and coating glass automatically. So it can stop the first hard brush automatically protecting the glass from scratching.
11.The PLC and proximity switch adopt Schneider imported for France.
12.It has high precision and works steadily. Because we adopt the screw and flat press.
13.Servo driver and servo motor imported from France can control glass-combining precisely.
14.This machine adopts inverter control transmission motor. So it can easily slow down and accelerate.
15.This machine adopts advanced glass aluminum installation positioning system, can realize adjustment of making silicone, positioning accurately and easily.
16.The machine can connect with Film Removing Machine and Two-component Coating Machine freely.
