Main feature:
1. It is used for window-door,curtain wall, aluminum profile, rail transportation,refrigeration components,bathroom hardware,ship building and ship repair,aluminum broze accessories,industrial aluminum,nonferrous metal and light section steel structure and other processing for drilling,milling and other list of processing.
2.The whole servo control system from OMRON Japan ensures the technique and quality. NC Factory Automation control system and CADCAM software is adopted. Switch Chinese and English as you want. This machine is easy to operate.
3.This machine is equiped with movable feeding workable and waste box.
4.Workers can finish drilling,milling,tapping and other procedures afterone clamping.
5.The machine body is welded with 8mm thick high-quality steel tube after treatment. This can ensures the stable structure and rigidity.
6.Ball srew from ABBA,guide rail from HIWIN and rack from UUC ensures the high processing accuracy.
7.This machine adopts 14-position turret toll magazine with shoter time for cutter change. Cutter diameter is from 4mm to 16mm. This machine can process profiles with thickness 20mm.
8.This machine adopts double location and continues working when feeding interactively which improves the efficiency greatly.
9.This machine can continue working when power restart. The linkage(process and interpolation)speed can be up to 1000m/min. Lock knife block is also equipped to better change the cutter.
