Belt conveyor of LK series are intended to handle bulk materials with volume weight up to 3500 kg/m³ inclusively such as sand, gravel, crushed stone, slag, and other material and household rubbish and etc., as well as for transportation of piece cargos in flexible package through inclined and combined surfaces. The standard belt conveyors of "LK-J" series is equipped with qualitative flat conveying belt of SAVA (Slovenia) production, that helps to solve efficiently tasks of handling of heavy loose materials under elevation angle up to 35° inclusively.
Belt conveyor of "LK-J" series consists of the following parts:
conveyor’s frame , gear motor conveyor belt, drive pulley ,idler pulley , bearing upper roller carriages, flat low return roller carriages, deflection carriages
The belt conveyor can be equipped with:
- supporting metal legs;
- covered with housing;
- with loading hopper;
- belt cleaner;
- protection enclosure boards throughout the belt;
- unlaoding chute;
- diagonal plough;
- emergency cord;
- control chamber
