Mobile concrete plant EUROMIX CROCUS 5/200 (stationary), capacity up to 5 cub m/h, weighing batching system of cement and inert aggregates, water and chemicals weighing system by volume, batching error according to State standard, control system EUROMIX LOGIC PRO (option). ONE BOTTON operation mode (option), required receipts (option), data archive (option). Montage period of concrete plant with options is up to 6 hours.

Base set (main module):

• Rotor concrete  mixer EUROMIX 600.200: inner steel coating, wear resistant HARDDOX 400 paddles, mixing joint drive is Italian gear motor, is installed on load cells, the components are batched in concrete mixer, constant reading of sensors (brut weight at new batch = 0), drive of mixing joint and slide gate is Italian gear motor.
• One inert materials hopper, volume of 2 cub m, belt conveyor with herringbone belt, drive is Italian gear motor.
• Volume water batcher POTOK 150 M, liquid components counter.
• Liquid additive volume batcher POTOK 30 M is (PEDROLLO, Italy) pump, liquid components counter.
• Control board of concrete plant EUROMIX CROCUS 5/200.
• Fully automatic control system EUROMIX LOGIC PRO (ONE BUTTON operation mode) required receipts, data achieve.

Mobile concrete batching plant EUROMIX CROCUS 5/200  is designed to make different concretes according to pre-set mix receipts based on cement, inert aggregates, water and additives.

The mobile concrete batching plant EROMIX CROCUS 5/200 is mounted on common frame and consists of the following parts:

-  double section bunker for inert material storage with belt feeders;

-   mixing section based onforced action concrete mixer EUROMIX 600.200

-  Water batcher POTOK 150

-  Liquid additive batcher POTOK 30 . 

Double section bunker of inert materials storage with LK belt feeders is designed to load in turns sand and ballast into concrete mixer EUROMIX 600.200 during batching. The sand and ballast is loaded into correspondent bunker’s sections by lifting device. The components are weighted turn by turn by load cells on which concrete mixer EUROMIX 600.200 is installed

Mixing section is a forced action concrete mixer EUROMIX 600.200 installed on load cells and designed to weight bulk components at batching as well as to mix components and unload ready mix into module of concrete mixer supply.

Weighing batcher POTOK 150 represents  successive assembly of pump, water counter and valve in common pipeline and designed to batch water

Liquid additive batcher POTOK 30 represents  successive assembly of pump, water counter and valve in common pipeline and designed to batch liquid additive.  

All mechanisms and systems as well as concrete batching plant are functioned in automatic mode in accordance with algorithm described below and mix receipt set on the controller of automatic control system that is a part of delivery set of mobile concrete batching plant EUROMIX CROCUS COMPACT 30/800 COMPACT. The hoppers of operative storage of inert materials as well as weighing batchers with cement and liquid components be kept while in operation.

Each cycle produces 0.12 m³ of concrete (mortar). Depending on the concrete mix receipt, a cycle lasts 90 seconds on average starting from the second batch. The productivity of the plant EUROMIX CROCUS ALFA 5/200 is up to 5 m3h herewith.
