A medium duty, single purpose combo rollforming line with dedicated tooling to produce a specific profile and curving it. Which consists of :
- A single purpose rollformer to produce corrugated sheet : One set
Which permits smooth transition from high to low speed for accurate stop to cut operation. The machine has been designed for ease of operation, and produces a closed tolerance product without the need for high operator skills.

3.Features :
- Inter-convert automatically levels of speed when stop and start.
- Control system of machine : Fully automatic rollforming .Stop to flat and profile cut with digital length, position and bath ,multi orders by PLC and Siemens Touch panel (999 programs).
- Signal feedback from encoder showing current length of product compare with range
- Before finishing each order has alert to pre-cut
- The rollers made of S45C base material solid form CNC precision machined , through hardened with hard chrome finish get
hardness 50HRC.
- Pre-cut, profile cut powered by stationary hydraulic : The cutting dies made of SKD 11 base material solid form CNC wire cutting
machined , through hardened get hardness 60HRC.
- Emergency stopping system to safe user.
- The machine is equipped with air cooling system allows the machine working continuously from 12 to 16 hours per day.
- A synchronous un coiler speed with roll forming speed
