   - Rollers made of alloy steel S45C, thermo-hardened and chromium plated get hardness to  50-55HRC.

   - Press and Cutting dies made of SKD 11 steel. thermo-hardened and chromium plated et hardness to 58 HRC.

   -  Emergency stopping system  to safe user.

   - Before finishing each order  has warning  signal to pre-cutting before the order finished.

   - Hydraulic system equipped with air cooling system to ensure the machine working  constantly 20 hours /day.

   - A synchronous De-coiler  speed with rolling speed( 0-20 m/min)
