Automatic Panel Vacuum Stacker Unit with own Control Panel to remove finished laminated panels up to12metres long from the end of the line and load onto pallets ready for wrapping.
The unit is a free standing system mounted at the end of the powered run out table – 3 run out tables -15 metres. It is complete with all support steel as shown on the attached drawing.
The unit consists of a self contained vacuum system mounted on the frame .The frame also acts as a vacuum reservoir. The operation of the system is automatic.
The rise and fall mechanism and cross traverse of the powered carriage is by a PLC controller.
Service connection required is 380/415 volts 3 Phase + neutral Electrics
The Deep Profile Roof panels are transferred onto the Panel Inverter Machine which turns the panels over so they can be efficiently stacked on the pallet
