Ceramic filter cartridges
Introduction
Because of its excellent performance of materials, this product has the features of resisting to high temperature, corrosion and high pressure etc..Currently it is widely applied for solid-liquid separaion, gas purifyin gand water treatment in many industries. The ceramic film materials has the merits of high filtering precision, small filtering resistance, good cleaning and reproduvibility and soon,according to different application needs, its materials is devided into MFmembrane, UF membrane adn reverse osmosis membrane.
Technical parameters
- Maximum filtering precision up to 0.1u.while filtering efficiency >95%.
- Suitable for filtration of strong acid(such as sulfuric acid.hydrochloric acid).strong alkali(such as sodium hydrate) and other various organic solvents.
- Maximum working pressure up to 16MPa.
- Suitable for filtration of high-temp gas
- Max working temperature reaches 900℃
- Can be back flushed.for the convenience of automatic operation.
- Long service life through larger filter area and excellent mechanical stability
- High microbiological safety due to uniform pore sizes
- Very good resistance to sterilization media and cleaning solutions
- The filter can be sterilized many times with steam or hot water
- Used filter cartridges can be stored dry; the membrane retains its wettability and elasticity during storage
