FFU Air-blower filter unit
Used in clean room.

FFU Air-blower filter unit can be connected and used modularly, so it can be widely used in cleanrooms, over purification worktables, our purification production lines, and assembling purification rooms, ect.

FFU has primary or high-performance filtering screen. The blower fan dares in air from the top FFU, and the clean air after high-performance filtration is blown out evenly at the speed of 0.4m/s±20%.

Features:

1 The blower fan is EMB direct driven high-performance centrifugal blower fan from Germany, which is characterized by long service life, low noise, maintenance free, less vibration and non-step variable speed. The blower fan has reliable quality, and its service life is as long as 500,000 hours or above.

2 It is very suitable for assembling into purification production line. It can also be used separately, or paralleled into 0.1K assembly streamline.

3 The shell structure is made of stainless steel, aluminum alloy or cold rolled steel plate, and is characterized by light weight, anticorrosion, rust resistance and good shape.

4 Before being shipped out of the plant, the products are scanned or tested with Met one dust particle arithmometer one by one in line with US Federation Standard 209E, so as to assure high quality.
