Titanium Sintered Filter Cartridge
Introduction:
Mainly made from high-purity titanium,supoorted with special process and manufactured after high temp sintering,it has the merits of an even structure and distributes large amounts of opening air holes,high air porosity,even aperture,small filtering resistance,good permeability,outstanding resistance to temperature and corrosion,it is widely applied for solid-liquid-gas separation and purifying of various medium.
Applications: the field of chemical fiber, petroleum chemical and all the related chemical industry and solid-liquid-gas separation and purifying of various medium.
- No particle falling off, no pollution to liquid medicine, accords with GMP stipulation of food, sanitary and pharmacy.
- Resistance to high temperature (300°c hygrometrics state) adn acid/alkali corrosion, strong antioxidation, situable for various occasions.
- Good mechanical performance, available for pressure or pumping filtration, easy for operature.
- High mechanical strength, resists to acid, alkali, and operates under wide PH value range.
- Narrow aperture range, high separation efficiency.
- Strong antimicrobial capacity, not acted with mircroorganism, can be applied for biological engineering.
