1. The machine adopts PLC program. The input front-panel is touch screen, which makes the operation more intelligent.
2. The longitude wires and cross wires should be pre-straightened and pre-cut.
3. The longitude wires should be inserted into the slot tunnel by manual work. The slot tunnel can be adjusted to fit different wire diameters.
4. The cross wires are fed from the hopper deviceautomatically. The hopper device has more capacityand is controlled by step motor.
5. The mesh pulling system is controlled by step motor. The biggest advantage is that you can adjust the cross wire space randomly on same piece of mesh sheet.
