I. Description of QT8-15 Brick production plant :

6. The loading device, the enclosed electrical roller rotation, strictly control the hopper hoppers, use it do feeding time, prevent the concrete from aftershocks liquefied ahead of time, influence of cloth.
II. The whole unit of QT8-15 Brick production plant :
1.Mixing system:
Mixing after putting in place a materials, ascension will rise in the raw material into the mixing barrel, mix well in a set time, stirring, feeding, material into the machine small storage hopper, waiting for the next cycle ingredients;
2.The molding system:

3.Intelligent control:
Affected by the material dry humidity, aggregate changes after mixing different materials, on the premise of guarantee the quality of products, PLC control system can be set products optimal molding parameters at any time. To meet the needs of different products, different materials, the real-time dynamic display of mechanical movement, fault inspection, display the input/output fault location, and other functions.

4.Send the brick machine, liters machine:
Send brick machine will products sent out, after brick surface cleaners cleaning products into the machine.
