I. Description of Hollow brick machine :
Block making machine is a new kind of brick making machine, simple easy to operate with sand and gravel, cement and other raw materials, to a large number of adding fly ash, slag, gangue, ceramsite, perlite, and other industrial waste, produce all kinds of exterior wall brick, wall brick, tracery wall block brick, floor, dike dam blocks, also can produce chain road blocks and blocks such as roadside stone, widely used in construction, road, square, such as hydraulic, the botanical garden construction.

II. Features of Hollow brick machine :
1, The change of domestic reducer demoulding practice, USES the pulley, chain sprocket mold release, so the structure is simple, durable, safe and reliable, convenient maintenance, no speed reducer leakage phenomenon, and save the power, release with only 1.1 kw power.
2, In addition to the frame itself machine suspension and connection parts are using spring, vibration molding will not only realize the pressure head, mould box, mold core and plate vibration under four guan qi, to ensure the product high compactness and uniformity, and smooth operation, low noise, good vibration damping effect is realized.
3., The pressure head can move vertically, to facilitate loading, maintenance and washing, and pressure head falling distance is small, only 20 mm, on the one hand, presser foot and boxes, core, small gap without burrs block; On the other hand less damage to core box.
4, Mould replacement is convenient, and by changing the mold to produce 240, 140, 115, standard brick, etc all kinds of different specifications of the block and delineated, can also according to customer requirements of various special mold.
5, Bottom molding with wooden pallet core synchronization resonance, are not affected by the impact, and thus of the wood plate life of similar products.
Because this machine have the characteristics of the above, so the production of high block strength, standing, demoulding short time can be pallet, can save cement 5-10%, appearance size accurate, neat edges and corners, is one of the current domestic ideal models.
