DPB-140B-I Auto Checking Blister Packaging Machine is adopted with micro-computer PLC Human interface to operate, frequency converter, high automation, easy operation, advanced technology, full function, long durability, in accordance with GMP requirement, it is the ideal packaging equipment with high popularity. The products have been passed the Provincial Science and Technology Appraisal.
FEATURES:
1. With inductive self-checking mechanism, it can eliminate by itself the waste plate with lack of particle , The ualified rate reaches 100%.
2. The main transmission is adopted with swinging pin gear reducer. With Long life, lower Noise and stable running.
3. Plate structure, adjustable stroke, it's suitable for different size packaging, also suitable for such as circular, ellipse, square, triangle, or irregular shape.
4. Equipped with cursor trace registration, good looking sealing.
5. It can be equipped with optical fiber or photography detection device according to the customers' requirements.
