Introduction:

KSP series Fully Automatic Capsule Filling Machine adopt PLC control system, human-machine interface. When there is running malfunction or lacking of stuff, the machine can alarm automatically, display malfunction, and automatically stop. After removing malfunction, the machine can dismiss alarm automatically.

Produce Feature:

All jump-start axes, cam and other main damageable parts adopt imported materials

1.Totally enclosed design, the mould is easy to clean and assemble

2.The dose can be adjusted under no-stop state. Feed the material automatically, the dose is accurate.

3.The machine can eliminate automatically ineligible capsule, and recycle the medicine material. Avoid the waster

4.Can use different specification mould on the same machine to meet different requirement of capacity.

5.Dust collector, vacuum pipe are installed inside the machine. Avoid the air pipe becoming hard, broken and leakage phenomenon. It is convenient to clean the working table.
