1. The machine employs hydraulically-driven swing beam, the steel plate welded structure, and accumlator-based pullback cylinder with steady and reliable operation.

3. The closed loop control system that consists of CNC system and position coder features fast response speed, high precision, and exceptional stablity and can ensure the accuracy of displacement of backgauge. More over CNC system has the accessory function of compensation and automatic check.

4. Sheet plate welded structure is adopted with hydraulic transmission and accumulator return typical of an easy

operation reliable performance and nice appearance fitted with digital display system.

5. Indication by indicator is provided for adjustment of blade clearance.for a handy and prompt for adjustment.

6. Alignment device with lighting and control device for shearing stroke are set with a handy and prompt adjustment.

7. Rolling material support ball is provided to minimize fish tail with sheet bar and to reduce frictional resistance.

8. The machine tool is provided with the functions of digital display soft limit as well as prompt for one-way

positioning clearance and automatic counting for shearing

9. The rear stopper os fitted with coder and digital display system so that the position of rear stooper is
