Strong wind with large scale and high strength vortex in front of the windbreaker is combed into small scale and weak strength vortex.Only part of wind can go through the windbreaker.Its mechanical energy is decayed and turns into low speed airflow.

3,Design Proposal
(1)System Design Basis
(a) Natural conditions
Including temperature, precipitation, wind conditions, geology, earthquake condition and so on.
(b)Situation
Including the surrounding environment, yard size, stockpile geometry, material type, material takenmethod.

(2)Height Design
The height of windbreak and dust suppression wall mainly depends on the height of storage pile and the area of storage yard. Depends on the wind tunnel test result, a good dust suppression effectiveness can be obtained within a distance 20-25 times of the wind barrier height.
(3)Panel Design
(a) panel shape design
The shape of wind dust fence can be straight, semi-circular or butter fly-shaped.
It also can be divided into single peak, double peak and triple peak. It has a better dust-proof effect and is the most widely used shape in practice.
(b) aperture ratio design
According to the different aperture rates, windbreak and dust suppression panel is divided into windbreak net and dust suppression net. The aperture rate of windbreak panel is 30% -40%, while the aperture rate of dust suppression net is 20% -30%.
the co-use of windbreak panel and dust suppression panel in place will achieve a good wind proof effect.

Al-zinc coated steel sheet punched then electrostatic sprayed;Al-zinc coated steel sheet punched;
