Function of steel wind barrier
Wind has an impact on crop photosynthesis, fruit bearing rate, the spread of pollen and plant temperature regulation. With the steel wind barrier in place, it can reduce the wind speed within a certain range, so as to create a more favorable micro-climatefor agricultural plant and increase the output.
Design of steel wind barrier
1. Design idea: attenuate the wind with a wall against the most frequent wind direction and suppress dust with another wall against the non-dominant wind direction
2. Precise control of the wind for variety of bulk material yard. Personalized solution for bulk yards of different heights.
3. Standardized design and factory production of the steel structure for steel wind barrier, on-site assemble shortens the construction period.
4. The steel structure of wind barrier is formed by lattice truss being only 0.9meters away from the root to open. Comparing to the oblique supporting type wall, it saves an area of 70%.

Principle of steel wind barrier
Using the principle of aerodynamic, the source of the dust, wind,is effectively controlled. So that, the steel wind barrier can reduce the dust arousing and carrying capacity of wind and achieve the effect of dust suppression. Dust suppression rate is more than 80%. If combined with a water spray system, the dust suppression rate can be over 95%.At present,it is a major dust pollution control technology being applied.
