1. Dust control system 

Steel dust control fence is an advanced technology to solve the problem of dust pollution in the open yard of bulk material. It is widely used in high-speed railway, extending to thermal power plants, coal mines, coal washing plants, coking plants, iron and steel enterprises, cement plants, and other business fields which have the problem of dust pollution. Using the principle of aerodynamic, the source of the dust, wind, which is effectively controlled. So that, it can reduce the dust arousing and carrying capacity of wind and achieve the effect of dust suppression. Dust suppression rate can be much more than 80%. At present, it has been one major dust pollution control technology being applied.

 

 

 

2. Product

Walmax colorized steel punched wall and fence, is a new kind of wall and fence product developed by Green (Tianjin) Technology Development Co.,ltd by make use of its own advantage of design and production. It takes the company’s experience and research achievement in project of windbreak, dust suppression and snow control. Combining with environmental conservation and security protection, it is becoming the substitute product of traditional wall and fence. 
Steel panels of Walmax wall and fence are processed by punching according to scientific aperture ratio, electrostatic painting on raw material of high quality Alumzinc steel sheets, GI steel sheets and Alum alloyed sheets. It has the advantage of high strength, high hardness, well looking, colorful, long working life, easy to install and wide using range.

The steel panel of Walmax colorized punching fence and wall using high quality Alumzinc steel sheets as raw material. The coating of Alumzinc steel sheets is composed by aluminum 55%, zinc 43% and silicon 2%, solidification under 600℃. The total structure of alumzinc steel sheet is a compact quaternary crystalline of alum-steel-silicon-zinc. The effect of anti corrosion is more than 3 times of common pure galvanized steel sheet.

4. Our Capacity

This production line is applied to flatting, slitting and cutting the metal coil to sheets.

 The molding line consists of material rack, feeding guider, forming roller, installation hole punching equipment and cutting equipment. Production processes is: coil loading—uncoilling-- molding – punching the installation holes – cutting to length --stacking. Processing thickness is 0.6-2.0mm, processing width 260-850mm and working speed 0-15 m / min.

4-4 Surface Treatment

The surface of final steel panels is electrostatic powder coated, for further improve the anti corrosive ability and well looking. The electrostatic painting powder, supplied by Netherland well known brand Nobel-Aksu, is bright, colorful with high anti corrosion quality. It can supply different colors according to customer’s requirement.
