Production description:
1, The whole machine line is controlled by PLC control system which is sample operation; intuitive; slation designimple maintenace;
2, Carding machine dust collection system;
3, Professional oven design that is specialized in thermal bonded fiber and non glue fiber producing; it works for 50g/m2 to 200g/m2 range;
4, Reasonable air circulation system and special blowing suction nest structure, using Tiefo deagon transport network, so that the heat is quickly, constant and stable;the compact thermal insulation designed to enhance the utilization of geothermal energy;
5,The oven main structure is designed by over blow and under suction system; the utilization of geothermal energy is high; the finished production is visual and adjustable for the handerness and thickness, it's flat and smooth; even bonded quality, so that save the low melt material and keep more profit;
6, The carding machine is produced with enclosed safety cover and large area of the obervation window that looks good of the appearance; the top cover is controlled by air cylinder to keep safe and convenience.
Description of each part:
Bale opener
1, Function: Mixing of fifferent materials with scales and transport to the next program.
2, The feeding quantity is controlled by photo switch to ensure that the feed uniformly continuously.
3, Conveyor belt anti-deviation device.
4, Nail belt speed adjustable; the feeding quantity can be adjusted by automatically during the producing.
5, The tolerance of bale opener scale can be controlled around 4% tolerances.
6, PLC control system.
Per-opener:
1, Main function: To have basic opening, mixing and for the material comes from the bale opener and then delivered to the next program.
2, The main cylinder is produced by alumimum comb pins to prevent the fiber damaged.
3, Conveyer produced with anti-deviation device with long working file.
4, PVC feeding belt.
Fiber distributor & Metal separator:
1, The fiber distributor is assembled with a bridge shaped magnet that is mainly used to transport the material to the next program automatically.
2, The metal separetor is mainly used to catch up the metal pieces while they are passing through by.
Fine opening machine:
1, Main function: The material is completed mixed through the larfe chamber mixer and then feed into this program to have fine fiber opening and later to the next program by a fiber distributor.
2, The machine cylinder is produced by using pins to prevent the fiber damage.
3, Conveyer anti-deviation device.
4, Feeding roller anti wrapped fiber device.
5, The fiber feeding blower is made by aluminum fan to have xalm operation to prevent fir and without fiber damage.
Air pressure vibration hopper:
1, To mix the raw material evenly to be a certain density layer and feed into the carding machine unformly.
2, The pressure vibration hopper is arranged with a precision pressure control system and fully enclosed compressed air circulation system to ensure an even and stable fiber output.
3, Reliable main structure and air pressure control system to ensure and horizontal layer unifprmity.
4, No fiber stuck problem.
Single cylinder double doff carding machine:
1, Usage: To card the curled fiber bundle to be substantially straigt single fiber and clean up the fiber to be with a certain aspect of strength fiber net and the feed to the cross lapper.
2, Feeding roller anti-rolling device to prevent the fiber wire damage.
3, Double doff, roller tripper fiber output system.
4, High machine accracy; the cylinder surface diameter jump and straigghtness can be contrilled within 0.02mm.
5, Conveyer anti-vibration device.
6, The entire machine is armed with enclosed cover and large observation window to ensure safety, convenience and good looking.
7, The entire machine has 3 sections and the front and back one is mor flexible to have maintenance.
8, The carding machine is installed on large platform with fence around to have safe operation, so and the maintenance safe.
9, The ouput fiber net is aspect amooth and clean.
10, It is controlled by PLC control system, input by screen and auto, manual fine-tuning mode.
11, It is blowing system installed to the working roller and strippers to prevent the dust and fiber stuck to the roller edge and bearings.
12, The whole machine motor frenquency control, to apply different process requirements and to save the cost of electricity .
Cross lapper :
1, Function: The cross lapper is mainly used to lap the fiber carded from the carding machine to be an certain width and thinckness fiber uniformly, after the fiber layers pressurized and tehn sent to the next program.
2, All motors are frequency inverter arranged.
3, Anti-static feeding conveyer system, plastic under belt rods.
4, The pressing fiber net roller and fiber lead roller are made by stainless steel pipes.
5, Main machine wallboard is made by 12mm steel and the intermediate girders is made by 6mm steel plate that is stable, feliable, no formation.
Oven O300:
1, Function: The oven mainly used to heat the fiber to be with a certain hardness and consolidation.
2, Frequency inverter motors.
3, The transmission net is adopt by the Teflon material and the heigh to fiber net up lead is adjustable according to the productiong feature requirement.
4, Reasonable heating air circulation system and airflow structure; high speed heating ayatem that is uniformity and stable, so that the finished productions is smooth with uniform hardness to save the lower melt fiber.
5, Compect thermal in sulations rupture to reduce the loss of heat diffusion and effctively improve the utilization of geothermal energy.
6, The blow type is using over blowing and under suction system; the wind nozzle keeps close to the Teflon net area and blow through the fiber layers to achieve hardness consistency between the surface and the middle layers.
Cutting & Winder:
1, To cut the finished thermal bonded fiber from vertical and horizotal direction to be the size as required; meanwhile can pack it up by rolling.
2, Frequency inverter motors.
3, PVC output conveyer.
4, Air cylinder controlled vertical slitter; moter transmission horizontal slitter.
