Automatic Three-in-one Flame Laminating Machine
Fire foam also called flame retardant foam, fire flame retardant cotton, cotton, fire sponge general is all kinds of polyurethane class add flame retardant synthetic fireproof material, mainly used in decoration, car accessories, wall sound-absorbing, thermal insulation pipe, fire door and fire shutter, etc. Provide better security, external appearance more beautiful.
To laminate this type of fire retardant foam, there is no need of glue/chemical, as when burnt, the surface of the foam will melt and become sticky and will act as glue/chemical to laminate with other materials.
Commonly in China, many factories can manufacture flame lamination machine, while for three-in-one automatic lamination machine, there are only a few manufacturers. Kuntai is one of the leading manufacturers of this type of laminating machine.
Usage:
To laminate foam with woven or non woven fabrics, knitted, natural or synthetic fabrics, velvet, plush, polar fleece, corduroy, leathter, synthetic leather, PVC, etc.

Working Process:
- Flame lamination is a process that adheres material to one side of the fire retardant foam or EVA.
- Pass the foam or EVA over a flame produced by a flare roller, creating a thin layer of sticky stuff on the surface of one side of the foam or EVA.
- Then, quickly press the material against the sticky stuff of the foam or EVA.
- The water cooling system well enhances the lamination effect.
- The strength of the bonding depends on the material and the foam or EVA selected and the processing conditions.

2) Special feeding and conveyor system is used for foam, so that the laminates is perfect without bubbles or wrinkles;
