1. Specifications
Adjustable pinch type rotator (automatic pinch type welding roller) for pipe diameter: 60mm-830mm.
a. Work-piece rotating drive by frequency control, stepless speed
b. Work-piece clamping force can be adjusted according to the work-piece circumstances, to meet the drive requirements
c. Device configuration of the axial anti-traverse installation
d. Depending on the welding process, can be MAG/MIG/CO2 gas protection welding
e. Gas-welding torch has a swing function, enabling welding of thick wall pipe filling and capping the swing when welding

This kind of automatic welding machine adopts the advanced international program hydraulic station system, which can adjust the altitude pressure and add or release the pressure very accurately and stably. The electric temperature controller can heat very accurately and the real temperature can be clearly displayed on the meter. The twin clamps can hold/fix the joints very stable and accurate. This machine can be in assembly and as a whole at any option. The power supply can be specially designed as per the buyer’s requirement.
Also you could choose welding oscillator to work together with it, one kind of assistance welding device. It can improve the welding efficiency.
3. Technical performance
The working way which is controlled by computer, computer put out the digital signals, drive the motor (all adopt original importing components) and the roller stick. Finally get the precision welding for welding torch. It also can get wider seam efficiently, improve molding of the fusion pool and get clean seam surface. So it greatly improve the productivity. Especially used for thickness plate, wide welding seam and overlap welding.
Nowaday, it is widely used in ship building, pressure vessel, pipe, big type steel structure, aviation, auto and other fields.
