2.Mid-supporting plate and lathe bed slide surface are of plastics sticking. They are of fast 

speed, removing eliminate intermittent creep, high rigidity, low friction, low noise , low 

temperature rise and so on. Worked with automatic forced lubrication to improve the accuracy 

of machine tools.

3.The feed of X, Z direction adopts the inner loop preloading largelead ballscrew with double 

nut so it is of high feed speed. The drive motor connect with screw straightly via elastic 

coupling. The feed servo motor passes power to the high precision ball screw directly . It is no 

gap, and it ensures the accuracy of positioning and synchronization for the lathe.
