PU Sandwich Panel Forming Machine
This is a continuously formingmachine,operation is simply and fully automatic.It
integrated advanced mechanical, chemical, electrical , hydraulic , and pneumatic
technologies.Due to its high efficiency and simply operation ,this forming machines
widely used in the construction of steel structures,cold storage facilities ,and mobile
workship / building .
Components :
1.Uncoiler
There are tow kinds of uncoiler that sigle-end and double-end .The uncoiler system
consisted of upper & under uncoiler ,two feeding carts .It is automatic and hudraulic,
could change the diameter of pivot holder .Besides ,the feeding carts canbe up and
down through hydraulic system .

2.PVC film covering device
3. Roll forming machine
Roll forming machine is mainly used to roll metal sheet. It apply to produce all kinds of
different panel, such as wall panel, roof panel, cold storage panel,door panel etc.
Changing roll forming machine through translation rail could realize production of
different panels, both width of panel and speed of production are adjustable.
Features:
1. Form roller is designed by the COPRA software from Data M Germany and made by the
Chrome-plated high hardness alloy steel.
2.From rollers will be fixed into the roll forming machine according to the shape and size of the
panels to assure the steel to be deformed gradually and evenly, the accuracy of the section’s
sizes could be assured too.
3.The bearing chamber features easy adjustment, accurate control and nice looking.
4.The width of the panels could be adjusted from 1100mm to 430mm.
5.Different roll forming machines could be converted quickly.

4.Steel plate pre-heating system
Air was heeted by heating device,and came into pre-heating house to heat the upper &
under sheets and strengthen the adhesion between steel sheet & PU foam..The data
that has been detected by infrared detector would be feedbackedto PLC system .And
then ,the PLC system will control the temperature and reduce deviation.It composed
with heating device ,control cabinet,tempretrue measuring system,pre-heating house,
steel plate conveyer,etc.
Way of heating :gas or electricity

Temperature difference on steel surface:±1°C
5.PU foaming machine
It adopted high pressure pump,have the temperature control system and material
monitoring system.Besides ,could use high-pressure water to clean the mixing-head
without demounting,very convenient.
Features:
1.Through instrument digital display ,to realize monitor during the entire whole course
2.With the PLC controlling system and touch scream ,the operation is more convenience .
3.Using the Germany imported metering pump to make the metering more accurate.
4.Provide two sets of independent high pressure self-clean mixing spray-head , and realize
the online replacement and the maintenance.
5.The mixing spray-head is controlled by servo motor ,the spraying place and moving spraying
is adjustable .
6.Double-belt machine
Double belt conveyor is mainly used for foaming, hardening and ripening and shaping
of core material of sandwich panel being laminated.
Features:
1.Total length of the machine is 36 meters, compared with present production line; the
productivity of the new one is increased 20%.
2.Durable: the belt plates are made with heat treated alloy steel.
3.SIMENS servo motor and the speed reducer made in Italy will be used together to
control the speed and the foaming time to guarantee the quality of the panels.
4.Fast conversion: Hanging type side sealing system with a separate chain could be
converted by one person only; width and thickness could be adjusted .
5.Convenient control: side seal system could be controlled conveniently as the space
between the sealing system and belt plates is reasonable enough to be accessed.
6.The lifting hydraulic cylinder of Double-belt laminating machine is equipped with
synchroniaed valve to ensure the lifting of the upper belt is at the same level and the
frame of the machine won’t be deformed.

7.Automatically cutting machine
The panels made in continuous stage are cutted to lenght by "on the fly" cutting
machine with band saw or disk saw.
Features:
1.Effective protection: The combination of brand saw and disk saw, PU panel be cut by
brand saw at an angle, greatly reduce impact force for brand saw surface and protect
panel cutting surface.

8.Colling rack (optional)
There are a lot of heat during PU foaming and steel plate pre-heating period,it would
cause the panel out of shape .The cooling machine put the panel upright and give
the panel enoughtime to eliminate heat ,then conveying these panels to stacker .

9.Automatic stacking machine (optional)
Features:
1.Stacking machine can overturn automatically special panel 180 degrees, convenient
stacking andsaving space.
2.The usage of vacuum pad not only protect panel surface but also keep working while
there is no electricity and air pressure.
3.Stacker adopts frequency control system, it features steady running, well-positioned
on starting, stopping, and stacking orderly.

10.Packing machine (optional)
This machine is suitable for packing bar-shaped products by rotating central
device.For convenient transport, EPS blocks are put in the pre-setting place
before packing through block feeding system. Fully-automatic electric hearting
system is used to cut off the film for improving packing speed.
Features:
1.Adopted PLC control system, which can realize frequency conversion adjusting speed,
film density is also adjustable.
2.EPS blocks are put in pre-setting position automatically before wrapping, easy to forklift
carrying.
