What is features of DH-A01?
- Adopt two-zone design: top hot iar heating, bottom ceramic infrared pre-heating zone.
- Two independent high precise digital panel meter controllers, can store 10 groups of temperature profiles. 8 segments (up/down) + 8 segments constant temperatures in one group.
- High precise K-type thermocouple close-loop control + automatic temperature compensation system to enable precise temperature deviation on ±2℃.
- V-groove PCB table + universal fixture suitable for all kinds of PCB repairing, rapid, convenient and accurate positioning,
- With powerful cooling fan, fast cooling for pcb and machine after heating.
- With different size of magnet nozzles, easy replace and install, rotate freely 360°
- With Voice warning 5-10 seconds before heating finish: remind operator to pick up bga chip on time.
- Double protection: Overheating guard + emergency stop function.
