INTRODUCTION:
MW-1300BMY/1500BMY/1680BMY Semi-automatic die cutting and creasing machines, is pivotal equipment for die cutting and creasing corrugated boards. High-precision indexing mechanism, pneumatic clutch automatic compression relief mechanism and pneumatic lock-up plate are adopted. Manual feeding, flat bed die cutting and automatic lifting delivery board ensure stable feeding, precise location, steady die cutting pressure and tidy delivery. Microcomputer program control actualizes automation of the whole process of running. Safety facilities are all ready and reliable. Man-machine interface real-time displays the machine state, trouble location and troubleshooting, which fully actualizes man-machine communication.
Feeding and pre-stack
1. A wide range of sizes and thicknesses.
2. Manual feed suitable for card board up to 8mm corrugated board. Satisfy for the multiple dimensions of the paper and widely applied.
Electric control box
1. PLC program control, safe and reliable.
2. Electronic controlled system adopts PLC program control. With various safety. When failures happen sound and light warning and machine stops automatically
Main machine die cutting part
1. Accurate positioning of diecutting chase controlled by precision photocell sensors with automatic check lock device.
2. Pneumatic lock-up system on diecutting chase to increase efficiency.
3. With air floating device ensure easy slide in and out of diecutting plate.
