1.The complete truck adopts domestic well-known Dongfeng Tianjin chassis that meets National III/National IV emission standard, providing economy, durability, elegant appearance and drive comfort. 2.The chassis power adopts National III/National IV engine produced by Cummins or Guangxi Yuchai, which has powerful power and high reliability and can meet the needs of different users. 3.The energy-efficient engine, with low fuel consumption and low noise, is economical. 4.The carriage body adopts the design technology of frameless arc-shaped bin. The arc-shaped side plates increase the rigidity and strength of the carriage body structure and the surface phosphorization and preservative treatment improve the carriage’s corrosion ability. 5. All plates of structural components are made of high strength manganese steel plate, extending the service life of the complete truck radically. 6.The guided sliding blocks of the dozer blade and the sliding plate are made of the high-density and high-intensity ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene materials, providing self-lubricating, anti-acid and alkali, high stiffness and no noise; the sealing strips are made of silicon rubber materials, which are aerotolerant, anti-aging and light resistant and have stable chemical stability. 7.These materials are not afraid of high temperatures and can resist cold weather. 8.The international leading hydrocylinder-driven locking arm technology has been applied to the precompressor locking |
