Evacuated Tube Solar Energy Water Heater(WPG)  

Features:
1,  Main tank is non-pressure, Inter copper coil can bear 6~8bar work pressure.
2. The material of inner tank is SUS304 2B food grade stainless steel with 0.4mm thickness.
3. The material of outer tank is SUS304 stainless steel with 0.4mm thickness.
4. The material of stand frame is stainless steel with 1.2mm thickness. The angle of the frame can be changed in the production as the local latitude of customers, we can design the suitable angle for the customers. We also could provide the adjustable frame.
5. The thickness of polyurethane foam is 55-60mm.
6. Copper coil diameter 12mm, thickness 1.0 mm, length 25~35mm
7. Then water flows through the coil, it absorbs heat from the water inside the solar collector tank, so the solar collector tank is a thermal store.
8. Easy plug-in installation.
9. It is very popular in torrid zone and warm area, such as Asia, Africa and etc.

 How it works?------Similar to non-pressure solar water heater

 

 

1. All glass evacuated tubes are integrated with storage tank, it is ideal for use in houses and other applications where requires cheap, reliable hot water supply.
2. As the specific gravities of hot water and cold water are different, cold water goes downward and hot water goes upward.
3. When cold water in evacuated tubes is heated, it becomes lighter and goes to the water tank, while cold water in the tank goes down to the evacuated tubes.
4. Through this circulation, the cold water in the water tank will be gradually heated
