USAGE
SBY-900, It is use for printing text trademark and picture of plastic woven bag, paper bag and plastic laminated package bag, ton bags, non woven bag and other packaging materials. Technology
Machine is made by U-steel and steel plate welded structure, Frame adopt 10 # thickness U-steel.
There is a Electronic Photocell eye on entrance ,when bag come ,it will command sending wheel on the side to convey bag to printing roller.
3.New Design Guide Roller Upon The Printing Cylinder.
We add a set of guide roller here. Can prevent thin and small bag stick on printing cylinder.
4.Each printing cylinder equiped with 2pcs of photocell detect sensors ,when material convey to here ,sensors will control printing cylinder print on the material, photocell detect sensor can reduce printing deviation within 1mm. Also ,Each printing cylinder have a plate adjust ruler ,this can help you stick printing plate accurate. We chose cylinder stator ,it will push clutch make guide roller linkage convey belt lift ,make ink equably printing one bag surface.
