Description of belt conveyer
The belt conveyer that is widely used in mining, metallurgy, coal and other industries, it possessed the quality of large conveying amount, easy maintenance, simple structure, high standardization degree etc, and the belt conveyers. The belt conveyer can be used to transfer bulk materials or materials in pieces. According to different transferring requirements, the transferring system can be of only one belt conveyer or consists of several conveyors, or combined with other transferring equipments. The belt conveyer can be installed horizontally or aslope to meet the needs of different transferring requirements.
 
Working principle of belt conveyer
The motor drives the driving rollers of the belt conveyor, and drives the roller by the strong belt advances. Materials are conveyed from the original place to the place where they are needed.
 
Features of belt conveyer
1. The conveying quantity is worked out by the following conditions: material density is between 1.0t/m³-1.6t/m³; conveyor obliquity is less than 18° and the material stockpile angle is 30°.
2. Density of material is less than 2.5t/m³.
3. The conveying length is not restricted to the form; different length can be manufactured according to customers' demands.
