1.Trailer frame
We are cooperating with the FAW(first Automobile Work shop) special vehicle factory to design alonethe high strength ship-style
trailer for us,according to our technical parameters like dynamic load,static load,vibration frequency and amplitude.
2. The Conveyor Belt
(a)Belt is V texure on surface with large pressure bearing,anti-skidding;
(b)The belt conveyor installed on trailer can adjust the angle so that meeting the different reqiurements of working level
(c)Overlength belt conveyor is designed as folding type,so that the transportation is easy;
3.Other Technical advantages
(a). Unibody design, electrical cabinets have already been mounted on each trailer.
(b). Electrical elements adopt the type of waterproof,shakeproof,dustproof ,leakage protection,so raining days working is ok.
(c). Cable is concealed design, but convenient to replace.
(d).The connection of belt conveyor is aviation plug and socket for wheel type mobile crushing production line
(e)Electrical cabinet and cable to the main machines are included on our portable crusher plant.

•during the installation and commissioning, the seller shall send technician to the site for instruction of installation and commissioning, and for training of workers.
• the buyer shall afford the travelling expense (including the expense of airline ticket, train ticket, board and lodging); the buyer shall also pay the service fee of USD 80/day/person.
• If there is any equipment failure caused by the buyer, the seller shall assist the maintenance of machines and replacement of fittings, and charges appropriate fees.
