Working principle and maintenance of placer gold wet grinding machine 

1. When the gold grinding machine run properly then start to feed the raw material into the grinding pan.

2. The gold grinding machine is prohibited to start work with raw material inside. When the machine break down then start again, it must to clean the residual ore in the middle of grinding pan and then start the machine. 

3. Uniform feeding, shall not be more and less, it will be better to use the feeding machine. 

4. Bearing parts must often add butter. The reducer or rear bridge need to check whether lack of gear oil regularly.

5. Often check it the screw is loose.

6. If you found the bearing is damage, pls change it in time, just in case the eccentric shaft damage other components.

7. When the machine is on work, pls pay attention to the reducer and bearing part, to find it there generate abnormal noise, whether high temperature or high motor current accurs. It the find the above phenomenon, pls stop the machine immediately. 

8. When repair the machine, in order to ensure safety, pls remove the motor belt.
