Concrete/Mineral rock/Iron Ore Diaphragm Jig
Diaphragm jig machine comprises the body and the transmission device two parts,the body has
two same size jig buckets,use the bulkhead that is not touch the bottom devided each of diaphragms
bucket into jigging area and diaphragm area two parts.
The Jigging process is carry out by the rubber diaphragm make up and down reciprocating
motion caused by the medium (water)knock.The motor drives by the big belt wheel rotate
through the triangle belt,sothat the connecting rod of the eccentric shaft to move up and down,
the rocker arm is connected with the connecting rod can move up and down,the rocker arm and
double connecting rod rubber diaphragm,so that the diaphragm make reciprocating motion,
it start to jig.
According to the size of the ore was treated,you can change the connecting rod stroke and
choose different stroke, in order to obtain the best effect of jig.The method of changing the stroke
is replace small belt wheel,there are two kinds of stroke:322 t/min; 420t/m.
