CIP Using Our Vicennial Diaphragm Jig
Diaphragm jig machine comprises the body and the transmission device two parts,the body has two same
size jig buckets,use the bulkhead that is not touch the bottom devided each of diaphragms bucket into
jigging area and diaphragm area two parts.
The Jigging process is carry out by the rubber diaphragm make up and down reciprocating motion caused
by the medium (water)knock.The motor drives by the big belt wheel rotate through the triangle belt,so that the connecting rod of the eccentric shaft to move up and down,the rocker arm is connected with the
connecting rod can move up and down,the rocker arm and double connecting rod rubber diaphragm,so
that the diaphragm make reciprocating motion,it start to jig.
