Graphite Powder Grinding Line Shaking Table
Shaking table with high rich ore ratio,high classification efficiency and high rate of custody,safeguards
easily,in order to adjust the stroke.Change cross fall and stroke,still maintain the surface of bed movement
balance,the spring is arranged in the box body with compact structure,and get a final concentrated ore
and tailings.
The vertical reciprocating motion is achieved by crank connecting rod type transmission mechanism
Pass through belt drive,the motor make the crankshaft rotation is driven by the big belt wheel.
The rocker moves with up and down,when the rocker moves downward,elbow board push the rear
axle and the reciprocating rod moves backwards,the spring is compressed.The bed surface is
connected through linkage and reciprocating rod,at this time the bed surface do the backward movement,
when the rocker do the upward movement,due to the spring tension to promote,the bed surface is moving
forward.During the bed move forward,the angle elbow of boardis changes from big to small,
Horizontal movement of the toggle plate endpoint changes from small to big,so the forward
movement of the bed surface is from slow to fast,whereas,when it move backwards,it due to the
arithmetic motion from fast to slow.This may ensure the materials on the bed surface will move
forward,separate according to the gravity.
