Kejia series vacuum furnace is widely used for heating treatment of metal materials in low vacuum or high vacuum with diffusion pump or molecular pump , also can be used for heating treatment of special materials, such as carbonization process of carbon products. The furnace chamber is ceramic fiber with excellent thermal insulation; Vacuum Reservoir with water cooling system. Used as vacuum furnace, the vacuum system is made of double state rotary vacuum pump and diffusion pump. The max. vacuum rate can reach 10-3Pa.
If used as atmosphere furnace, the furnace can be charged into N2, Ar and other inert gas. It's very ideal for lab usage.
