Main Structure of mobile asphalt mix plants :
1. The cold material supply system
Silos volume and quantity can be according to customer's need to be flexible matching (8 cubic, 10 cubic, 18 cubic optional, do much to 10 hopper);
Bin the split type design, can effectively decrease the size of transport and make sure the hopper volume;
Adopts the seamless ring belt, reliable service life is long, to extract the belt machine adopts flat belt to add baffle design, easy maintenance and replacement;
Adopts Siemens frequency conversion motor, stepless speed regulation, control precision, environmental protection and energy saving
2. Drying system
Imported ABS burner, high efficiency and energy saving, diesel oil, heavy oil, natural gas and other fuels and composite fuel burner optional (the F series burner has roller design is optimized according to my company, in order to ensure the best performance);
Drying drum of the use of special design, high heat efficiency, low heat loss;
Roller blade adopts imported Sweden HARDOX high-temperature wear-resistant steel, long service life;
The United States HONEYWELL (HONEYWELL) and ignition burner controller;
Roller ABB or SIEMENS (SIEMENS) motor drive system using and state fly (BONFIGLIOLI) speed reducer
3. The dust removal system
Using two levels of dust removal system (gravity precipitation + bag) with high and low temperature protection device to ensure the system security;
Dust bag with the United States dupont NOMEX materials;
Induced draft fan adopts frequency conversion control, can significantly reduce the starting current and more energy efficient;
Optional more efficient and reliable import FERRARI (FERRARI) induced draft fan.
4. The powder system
Standard lap powder tank design, easier to connect with the main system and effectively reduce cover an area of an area;
Powder tank volume and quantity can be according to customer's need to be flexible matching;
Powder conveying system adopts the crown (NORGREN pneumatic components and WAM screw conveyor.
5. Powder metering system
With smaller diameter into the weigher screw conveyor and driven by frequency conversion, can significantly improve the accuracy of powder measurement;
Powder each weighing hopper (aggregate, powder, bitumen) is equipped with three type weighing sensors, stable work, reliable performance;
A specially designed dual-axial asphalt concrete mixer, mixing arm is cross symmetric arrangement, and equipped with a replaceable surface grid mixing blades, high mixing efficiency, long service life; Using ROSSI mechanical synchronous speed reducer high speed end, simple structure, low failure rate;
6. The finished product warehouse system
Finished product storehouse layout flexibility, with a set (b) and bottom (c) two kinds of arrangement is optional;
High type mixing floor design, from the mixer discharge directly to the delivery truck, so that the finished product system malfunction or not finished product storehouse under the condition of (a) meet the needs of the work; Volume of finished goods and quantity according to user requirements also flexible matching; Adopt the new design of frequency conversion winch, compact structure, energy conservation and environmental protection.
7. Control system
Used by DE base, research and development with independent intellectual property rights "leap" full computer control and production management system;
Parallel redundancy control system (the system with industrial computer, touch screen and manual console 3 sets of independent system), the system has high reliability;
Visual graphics control interface, language choice, more intuitive and easy to understand, easy to operate;
Control system adopts SIEMENS (SIEMENS) or VIPA programmable logic controller, and other key components (such as frequency converter low voltage electrical appliances) USES the international well-known manufacturer brand (such as SIEMENS, panasonic, etc.).
