Features of the LB Series asphalt batch mixing plant
The modular design makes the transportation and installation convenient and fast.
• Fuel types: diesel, heavy oil and natural gas are available for lower operating cost.
• Totally closed vibrating screen, less dust to realize environment protection.
• Dual-computer control system, auto/semi-auto/manual switchable. Fault self-diagnosis function makes the operation easy and reliable.
• Environment friendly: Adopting No mix bag filter, the emission is below 50mg/n m³. The recycling function ensure so make full advantage of the waste and avoid second pollution.
• The drying roller is of effective heat preservation. The excellent power-saving burner consumes less fuel.
• The European technology designed mixer is equipped with double reduction motors to ensure better mixing quality. All internal parts of the mixer use high-strength wear-resistant materials to prolong its service life.
• The belt feeder adopts frequency conversion speed control, higher operating efficiency. The belts can be replaced without removing the belt conveyor. Besides, alarm devices are equipped to remind the operator when the machine runs out of the raw material

Main structure OF ASPHALT BATCH MIX PLANT
Dryer Drum:
The dryer drum has been designed and developed by using high quality raw materials to ensure long life. The proven flight design ensures a perfect distribution of materials to be dried. Positive drive is provided by means of a ring gear, coupled to a pinion driven by an invert-controlled geared motor. The drum is guided through two rolling steel rings on 4 rollers with bearings mounted on a sturdy mai8n frame.
Burner:
The universal burner of our systems work with either diesel or heavy oil. Special heated adjustable cam is provided to regulate the flame length. A gate with control screw enables the flame to be enlarged or reduced.
Batching Tower:
The batching tower of our systems is fully automatic to offer the best guarantee in terms of product quality. The operator can choose all the required process parameters and all components of the tower will become automatically set to obtain the requested product. The main units of the tower such as elevator, screen, hot aggregate storage bins and mixer are designed for long life, low maintenance and reliability.
Cold Feed Bins:
The plants are provided with abrasion resistant cold freed bins. The bins have self-relieving bottom opening, which eliminates bridging of the feeders. Each bin is provided with variable speed invert drive through geared motor.
Control Unit:
Computerized controls are provided for burner, temperature, damper, emergency plant shut down, sequential start and stop, etc. This display shows production TPH, Aggregate
