Main Structure of asphalt drum mix plants :
Asphalt drum mix plants mainly includes batching systems, drying systems, burning systems, hot material enhance, vibrating screen, hot material storage bins, weighing mixing system, asphalt supply system, powder supply system, dust removal system, finished product storage bin,control system and other parts.
Cold Aggregate Feed Bin
Steel frame foundation, each cold feed bin is modular design
The quantity (4/ 5/ 6 or more) of the cold feed bin is optional as your requirements.
Drying Drum
1.Steel frame foundation. The drum is made by heat resistance steel boiler plate.
2.Four-wheel friction drive, smooth transmission, low noise and long service life
3.The drive reducer adopts hard tooth surface reducer, with large load capacity and impact resistance.
4.The specially designed "butterfly" elastic connection plate will be more uniformly forced after the drum
5.heated expansion. It completely solved the elastic plate heat cracking problem.
6.The roller and roller carrier shaft using high quality alloy steel forging with long service life.

Dust Collection System for asphalt plant
Combined with primary gravity dust collecting and secondary bag house dust collector
The bag house dust collecting adopts high voltage pulse cleaning with less dust residue.
The bag is made of DuPont high efficiency dust filtering material, with low loss and long life.
The recycling dust can be reused and reduce environmental pollution.
Emission concentration is not more than 20mg/Nm3
Vibrating screen for Asphalt Plant
Specifically designed for the asphalt mixing plant, the special vibrating screen will meet the requirements better.
The high wear-resistant screen mesh (65MN) with longer service life and lower maintenance costs.
