SGZ-UI-P AUTOMATIC COATING MACHINE
Application:
This machine is used for small size paper coating and the ideal for high volume production with high quality. Compact design, easy operation, especially energy-saving and flexibility.
Features:
1. Safety operation: European CE certified
2. High efficiency: high-speed feeder, non-stop paper feeding and dilivery, open-type pneumatic curing chamber, good stability for the machine.
3. Low rate of paper waste: machie stops automatically when double sheets or sheet jammed
4. Varnish consumption saved: varnish is controlled by the speed of reverse roller, coated sheet surface is more smooth.
5. Wide paper range: 80-200gsm, air knife system for light paper

Lengthened conveyor, there are 2m or 4m extended choices
