SGZ-UI-Z-A HIGH-SPEED COATING MACHINE
Features:
1. Automatic feeding section: High-speed stable feeder free from maintenance is adopted. Paper truck can enter the feeding table directly to improve working efficiency. Movable guide rails with manual feeding table can be chosen to work with the paper size that feeder can not reach.
*Option: non-stop pre-pile paper system with high efficiency
2. UV coating: This section adopts integrated casting structure with the features of high precision, deformation-resistant, running fast and stable and safety. The organicglass cover avoid posder and paint volatilization. There are coating ways of opposite direction running and same direction running according to needs.
*Option: double side coating system. The imported scraper system permits coating paper clean on the back side and improve the oil fog peoblem on back side.
3. IR drying: High-efficiency hot-wind system permit water-based coating faster and more purely, hot-wind could be adjust endlessly.
4. UV curing section: This section is compressed of lamps, air cooling and exhausting systems. Sheet coated by UV varnish will be dired here.
5. Stacker: Jogging times can be set and pneumatic joggers keed sheet delivered orderly. Safety system decrease scrap amounts. Pre-delivery table makes stacker more conveniently.
