SGZ-C-S-C-A AUTOMATIC HIGH-SPEED WATER-BASED COATING MACHINE
Features:
1. Automatic feeding section: High-speed stable feeder free from maintenance is adopted. Paper truck can enter the feeding table directly to improve working efficiency. Movable guide rails with manual feeding table can be chosen to work with the paper size that feeder can not reach.
2. Powder removing section: Imports of dual-channel roller and heating roller brush removal methods can effectively remove the paper. The remaining surface dust and improve the quality of polish, not scratch the surface the cleaning brush roller.
3. UV coating: This section adopts integrated casting structure with the features of high precision, deformation-resistant, running fast and stable and safety. Three-roller reverse running is adopted to control the UV varnish quantity and quality.
4. IR drying: Far infrared heating, double insulated thermal with reflective drying system brings a high thermal effect.
4. Automatic delivery section: Pneumatic joggers can keep sheets delivered orderly. Equipped with pre-delivery table which will be automatically open when paper jam in delivery. Truck can enter the delivery table directly to take out the coated papers.
5. PLC touch screen control appliance: humanism operation interface which can record faults and provide solutions.
