Applications:
This machine is used for both full and spot coating on paper and carton sheets with features of accurate and even spot coating registration. It is suitable for spot or full coating the words graphic patterns on books or printed sheet of advertisement and carton boxes to enhance their quality and give beautiful feeling
Features:
1.Feeder: High-speed feeder free from maintenance, lubrication, which is controlled by simple cams. Centralized adjustment for easy operation. Mechanical & electrical jointly controlled front and side lays for good sheet registration. When there is sheet deflexion, pneumatic sheet pressing mechanism will be off and sheet will be stopped feeding. This is to protect plate cylinder and avoid waste. Pre-load and non-stop feeding is available for your option
2.Varnishing section: Gripper-chain sheet transfer system. Both plate cylinder and impression cylinder are engaged and released pneumatically. UV oil supply system composed of reverse running rollers gives coating more uniform coating layer. Automatic temperature controlled water warms the UV oil tank indirectly. This is to keep its stable fluidity at any temperature environment.
3.IR dryer system: This is optional for water-based oil coating
4.UV dryer section: The system is composed of high-voltage UV lamps, mirror reflectors, electrical control, cooler, air-exhausting system. Automatic temperature control system is equipped to avoid sheets deformation. Design of full-capacity and half-capacity working to lamps makes it possible that when there is sheet passing under lamps, they will work at their full capacity, when there arent, they will be at their half-capacity. This is to save production cost
5.Delivery section: Design of turnover safety door is a great convenience to the operator. Suction delivery assistant roller with speed regulating and air blowing down fans ensure smooth delivery, even bi-size sheet
6.A/C cooling for better drying is available for your option.
